Which is also used by the Cadillac ATS.

Same transmission for ATS-V?

I would imagine so, but that hasn't been announced. It's that or the TR6060

I will now throw this in the face of every single person that say "The ATS transmission sux lol Frod Musteng FTW".

Alright! No more trans from China! Same suspension, same trans. Maybe the GT350 should be compared to the ATSV instead of Camaros and Challengers.

If it can handle the torque for the GT350...well...I was going to say it should be good to go for the ATS-V but the AST-V will actually make more torque so...who knows. probably though.

fair enough then!

That's a tiny trans....I wonder if it could be beefed up to compare with a T-56 or TR-6060
![]() 11/18/2014 at 12:05 |

It might have to be a beefed up version from the factory considering it's rated at only 369 ftlbs

I'm okay with that. A physically smaller 6 spd that can tango with even a T-56 would open a world of possibilities for space constrained builds.

Probably fine behind a 400 fl-lb TQ engine.
